About the role:
Norco is seeking to appoint a Territory Manager in one of our key heartland regions. This role is responsible for delivering sustainable sales growth and strengthening brand presence by building high-value relationships across an established customer base, while actively identifying new opportunities within the territory.
Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager, you will operate as a self-starter within a professional and collaborative sales team. You will take ownership of your territory, leveraging insights, structured planning and disciplined execution to drive performance across independent retail and distributor channels.
The role supports customers across Mid North Coast NSW and North West region and requires regular travel, including planned overnight stays (approximately 1â2 nights per month) in rural areas, with flexibility to manage your own travel schedule in line with business priorities.

You are a commercially minded and relationship-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Barista or coffee category knowledge is advantageous, along with an interest in consumer trends and local market dynamics.
